Phoenix Portable Buildings specializes in utility sheds built to last. We offer standard models in various sizes, each constructed with quality materials and attention to detail. Custom options are available to meet your specific needs.
Our sheds are built with durable wood framing and quality metal or shingle roofing materials designed to withstand Southeast weather. We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties covering materials and craftsmanship. Upgrades and alternative materials can be discussed during your consultation.
If you buy an inventory building from one of our lots, you can expect it within two weeks (though we aim for the very first week). Custom orders are typically delivered within 15–30 business days. While we always aim for speed, please keep in mind that holidays and weather permitting conditions can occasionally cause slight delays.
Preparation is straightforward. Your site must be level within 3 feet at a minimum, though a more level site is always better as it requires fewer blocks and ensures a more stable set. Other than ensuring the ground is reasonably level, no other foundation prep is required for the building location. However, we do ask that you mark any septic tanks, sprinkler heads, or other obstructions along the path of delivery to ensure a safe and smooth installation.
We offer flexible Rent-to-Own monthly payment options to help make your purchase more manageable. While we do not offer traditional credit-based financing directly, we recommend that customers seeking simple interest loans check with their local bank or credit union for the best rates.
