In-stock Within 14 Biz days
Buildings on our sales lot deliver within fourteen business days or less under normal conditions.
Custom Within 30 Biz Days
Most custom builds complete and deliver within fifteen to thirty business days, depending on size, design, and upgrades.
Larger Builds
Sixteen-foot-wide buildings and specialty structures typically finish within forty-five business days or less.

Clear tree limbs, stumps, rocks, and debris from delivery and installation areas.

Common questions about shed delivery and placement.
Yes, we deliver most of the year. Winter weather can sometimes cause delays, especially if ground conditions aren’t ideal. Give us a call and we’ll talk through timing for your area and find a delivery window that works.
Permit requirements vary by location and are handled by the customer. We recommend checking with your local municipality ahead of time so everything’s ready when we arrive. If permits are required, we’ll need confirmation before placing your shed.
We deliver wherever you need us. Our free delivery zone covers up to 50 miles from our 20+ Dealers. For locations beyond that, we charge a $10 per-mile fee, which covers the additional fuel and crew time.
Some sites are more challenging than others. Steep slopes, soft ground, or limited access can affect placement. If your site might be tricky, reach out first and we’ll take a look to see what’s possible.
Our crew arrives with your shed, sets it in place on your prepared foundation, and handles all the heavy lifting. The process usually takes just a few hours. All we need from you is to show us where you’d like it placed.
